1. How can I place an order on Bliss & Beauty?

You can easily place your order by visiting our website, selecting your desired product, and clicking “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now.”
Then proceed to checkout, provide your shipping details, and choose your preferred payment method.


2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for regular retail customers across Pakistan.
However, affiliate and dropshipping orders are prepaid only to ensure genuine transactions and avoid fake or return orders.


3. What payment methods are available?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Advance Payment for standard customers, and Advance Payment for affiliate or prepaid orders through bank transfer, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay or JazzCash.


4. What is Dropshipping and how does it work?

Dropshipping allows you to sell products without keeping physical stock.
When your customer places an order, we directly ship the product from our partner warehouse to your customer’s address, saving you time and storage costs.


5. How can I join the Affiliate Program?

You can join our Affiliate Program by signing up through the link available on the Affiliate Marketing page of our website or Click Here.
Once approved, you’ll get your own dashboard, referral link, and access to real-time sales tracking.


6. How does the Affiliate Commission work?

Affiliates earn 10% commission on every successful order placed through their referral link, up to a maximum of PKR 250 per order.
Commission is paid only on completed, non-returned orders.


7. When and how are affiliate payments made?

Affiliate commissions are processed once a month after a 15-day clearance period for confirmed orders.
Payments are made via bank transfer, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay or JazzCash., depending on your selected option in the affiliate dashboard.


8. Can I promote Bliss & Beauty products on social media?

Yes! You are encouraged to share your referral links on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or WhatsApp.
However, please avoid false claims, spam marketing, or paid ads using our brand name.


9. What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges are already included in the product price, so you don’t need to pay anything extra at checkout.
However, in certain cases (such as special delivery locations or heavy parcels), additional charges may apply — you will always be informed in advance before dispatch.


10. How long does delivery take?

We usually deliver within 3–5 working days in most major cities and 5–7 working days for remote areas.
Delivery time may vary slightly due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.


11. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.


12. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for mind change, dissatisfaction, or personal preference.
Only damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible for replacement or refund.


13. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number and courier link.
You can use that link to check real-time delivery updates.


14. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk purchases for certain products only.
