At Bliss & Beauty Ecommerce Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.
Local Orders (Within Pakistan)
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order details and proof of purchase.
If approved, the customer will be required to send the item back using a reliable courier service.
Refunds/Exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was received defective or incorrect.
International Orders (Shipped from Overseas Warehouses)
Due to international shipping and customs processes, returns for international orders are generally not accepted unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (with photo/video proof) if there is an issue.
In eligible cases, a replacement or partial refund will be arranged.
Please note: Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded (both local & international):
Products used or not in original condition
Health & personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, hygiene items)
Discounted or clearance items
General Terms
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (or store credit, where applicable).
Processing time for refunds is typically 7–14 business days after approval.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or external factors.
